For the remix of her breakthrough single “People,” fast-emerging worldwide music star, Libianca collaborated with “Sabi Girl,” Ayra Starr, and “Soso” crooner Omah Lay. However, Libianca revealed in a recent interview with SiriusXM broadcaster Brooke Bailey that she had not anticipated the public release of her private feelings to become a worldwide success.

Libianca explains how the song was inspired by her depression experience during Thanksgiving week, saying, “I was going through a lot and felt so unseen – nobody saw what was going on. I recalled telling myself that I needed to maintain consistency in my social media content and that I couldn’t afford to be depressed right now. I, therefore, went to the studio past my room, found a beat, and recorded it,” She implied.
