It’s with an R but you gotta remember that in Korean they pronounce their r different so it’s not as harsh think about it like you’re just tapping your tongue to the roof of you mouth when you say it
It pronounces "Ruka" in English but it pronounces "Luka" in Japanese and Korean, because the letter "R" pronounced the same like "L" in these two countries. The same goes Rora(which sounds like lola) and Pharita(which sounds like "Palita").

Idk if it’s just me but it seems as if yg top artist like the best ones aren’t Korean just pointing that out I just notice they do way better during trainee days and the company already has them in mind but they knock themselves down when they don’t have to and again they come at such a young age and give it there all

No you don't know what you're talking about. L sound in place of R is only in romanization of Japanese because they don't have a natural R sound and why their English is tough to sound natural. You used to also mispronounce Jisoo like so many even though if you read it like it's in English it it would be correct. 'Oo' is same in moo or broom. Only Pharita is different because that is a Thai name and the Ph has a silent h…same as Phuket.
