This video is to help you understand the meaning behind the song Yoga by @ASAKEMUSIC . Afrobeats and West African music may be easier for some to understand when translated and explained. I hope you enjoy!

Thank u Simbihawt😊🙏🏾
In the intro and outro, Asake samples a song called "Mo Capitaine" by Mauratius Sega legend Michel Legris. This musician sang in a language style known as broken French (creole). The overall message in this sampled portion is saying "It is unfortunate for you my young lady, and all whose husbands are working on the boats. I see the signals (a person) giving the signals (for leaving)." If you can add to this, please do 🙂. Enjoy!
Thank you so much!!! I’ve been looking for a channel that does lyrics translations for African music and it looks like I finally found it. Please keep up the good work!
Keep this up! Authentic music content I've seen so far💯
Thank you! I got worried when he mentioned magic lol.
Much love 🤎
The speed chorus sounds cool
Thank you so much for your work
Thanks ❤
've made my day and I just subscribe as well
Thanks you ❤️
thank you so much
Yoga means union with God. It does not only mean meditation 🧘♀️. So you got that wrong and a few other things, the song has nothing to do with the practice of yoga and I feel offered that he and the marketing machine behind him used it. I think he is just a trend chaser. That song does not even sound like Afro beats. Wizkid is the King of Afro beats his music has so much feeling in it ,🎼no translator is needed ❤. I have lived in West Africa and I am Black American. With all that said. I still think your channel is valuable 🇺🇸🕉🇬🇭🇯🇲🇸🇳 The Gambia 🇬🇲

As a yoruba. Your translations are authentic and good
your'e doing very very well✓
"promosm"
Manya (intoxicated). Nice work
Nice one!
But Alubarika, bára mi mecca means Blessings, found myself in mecca. So the bára mi is connected to mecca not Alubarika.
He's expressing gratitude again as he's astounded by his own success. Among Muslims, going to mecca is no mean feat and it's believed you're highly privileged if you're able to make the pilgrimage.
He was referring to magicstick who produced the song in "ilu labi, magic ko soro." Asake is "orin" and magic is "ilu" according to him.
😂👏
Thanks
Na the intro I wan know the meaning
