Marshall Middleton Portable Speaker | Small Size, Big Sound!

Unboxing the Marshall Middleton portable speaker, fresh for 2023, which boasts the usual beefy audio performance, in a compact rugged form factor. Here’s a tour of the Marshall Middleton’s big features, and a massive thanks to Marshall for sponsoring this video!

You can buy your own speaker right now from the official website:

This is one of the most portable Marshall Bluetooth speakers you can bag yourself in 2023. It’ll slide into even modestly sized backpacks, and you have that handy strap which can be slapped on for comfortably carrying it about. It’s even constructed from 55% recycled plastics, with IP67 water and dust resistance.

The Marshall Middleton speaker boasts a comprehensive set of controls as well as dedicated app support, for Android and iOS. The Stack Mode allows you to group multiple Middleton speakers, if you want even more beefy audio or you’re streaming to a larger space. And you also have a multi-host feature, so more than one person can control the tunes.

True stereophonic sound is pumped out of the Marshall Middleton by dual passive radiators, covering the 50-20k Hz frequency. Battery life is excellent as well – the Marshall Middleton delivers over 20 hours of playback on a single charge, so it’ll see you right through a weekend away.

  1. does it make sense to sell my tufton well to get this one? I lose power minus 30 watts but gain portability, but the sound quality? I'll have to wait and see some comparisons…

  2. 3 Years ago I bought 2 Tuftons, great speakers but the not laud enough for decent parties, I sold them and bought Soundbox Gen2 + Additional battery+Backpack for less the price of the 2 Tuftons, now I am looking at this Middleton because I want some small and portable speaker but 300euro is too much for what it is tbh..

  3. People are baulking at the price, but it seems to be in the category of JBL Extreme 3, Soundlink Revolve, Dali Katch and even the Vifa Helsinki (the latter two being £100.00 more expensive than the Marshall).
But if you wait a while I'm sure it'll drop in price or they'll be special offers at various times.
