  1. most people here missing the point, buju needs to take ownership of what he did
it shouldn't be business as usual until his acknowledgement and apology
the real problem is Jamaicans don't like to see a poor black Jamaican of their social class being chastised

  2. Unno leave the RASS MAN ALONE
anybody know whey unno do behind closed door.
Him nuh owe none a unno a damn blasted thing.
Who have no sin cast the first stone.. bunch a rass HYPOCRITE.

  3. You people need to stop talking about buju and mark are not the same he is the same anything you do with one you do to the other my thing is he don't have to explain to anyone what he did or did not do all we need from you buju is some good music

  4. Please give the man a chance to breathe. He just got home. When he is good and ready, I am sure he will talk about the video and his arrest.

  5. Buju is using his business sense. He is going to write an autobiography. That's what I would do. Write your book Mark "Buju" Myrie. If you want to know his story, buy the book.

  6. No politician can speak on moral n again dirty Babylon has to go in their own lab to get their own drugs n then you turn around calling buju a drug dealer.

  7. I can understand where Christopher is coming from, I don't need to have a family member affected to feel the pain of others, but I can also understand the Jamaica culture where they believe in wrong doing I am a Jamaican and whenever I do right in situation that would go otherwise they use to say I am an idiot now I'm in the U.S. my boss would say I'm different I'll tell him in Jamaica they would say I'm a fool because u are NOT suppose to do the right, I can agree that he wants to do it in his time ( I font know if it's a set up or not) and I don't know if the concert already gone, so who knows what he's going to do. All I am saying STOP make wrong right.

  8. Buju has just exposed another corruption in our low down dirty political system, he went to prison whether he’s guilty or not, however he came back total reformed and with a degree to add to his accolades, now the question is how many people or persons who have been incarcerated in Jamaica prison system and came out better than when he or she went in. That’s the question for Tufton and the historian.

  9. People cannot Express their beliefs, buju is a icon alot of people look up to him, because is music was for most very uplifting, so when we heard of arrest we all thought it was a set up to bring him down, but after seeing all the evidence we now realize he was as innocent as we all thought, but a man of is power ,acknowledged to the people whatever happened was a missteps, because manny youths look up to him,all I am saying turn the negative into positive, one love, bless up Buju

  10. Buju is a Hero. I love Buju, they cannot stop him no day no time. Only Buju lyrics can free black people. He is one of the best Jam. ever had. The most humble and wise. Stay up Buju. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. Buju has not given an interview yet which is obviously a marketing strategy for the big Arena concert so after that there will be interviews in which the subject matter will no doubt come up and I'm sure he will address it. Now…these politicians who a run off dem beak….why don't you come out and tell Jamaican people why unu a sellout Jamaica to the Chinese and whole heap more why unu deh deh fe unu come out and tell the people.

  12. He should apologize to the Jamaican people, especially youths, for drugs conspiracy. I like Buju but he should apologize to society for his short comings, anyone of us can make mistakes, but he simply should hold a press conference, pleading 🥺 that he’s sorry 😐

  13. "Long walk to "Freedom" has nothing to do with Mandela, he owes no one any explanation to neither or other, no one is perfect, the only one is God and he is seeing Buju all through this struggles, it's even among his own for his first concert, this is a reason for all this it shows how Buju show strength and courage through all this the government of all the island and stop been a hypocrite…

  14. Rupert Lewis needs to clean out his closet and stop pointing fingers at Buju Banton, stay there pulling the artist in the mud, who does not have their things going on they just don't get caught. Pay attention to your job, by now don't they see Buju not studying them, if everyone was like these parasites he would not be doing so well, Buju don't owe them any explanation they need to tell the people why they running the country down to the ground. Tufton and others must leave him alone.
