What a way to celebrate one’s birthday by dropping the highly anticipated music video to one’s hit song!
Nigerian Rapper, Phyno unveiled the music video to his hit banger Do I, on his birthday. The music video exudes energetic vibes that align well with Phyno’s confident disposition. The Penthauze C.E.O has always dropped bangers that are sung in his native tongue; Igbo and Do I is no different. The new father who had previously teased the music video’s release date, returned to Instagram on October 9, to express his gratitude to his dedicated fans for their birthday wishes and provide them with the music video link. Phyno captioned the post stating “Thank you for all the birthday love!!! DO I VIDEO IS UP AND OUT NOW!!!”.
The music video was shot and directed by Praise Onyeagwalam popularly known as Director Pink. The female Nigerian director brought Phyno’s catchy beat to life with electrifying cinematography. This isn’t Director Pink’s first rodeo as she was the director behind the colorful visuals of Naira Marley‘s Abracadabra remix featuring Wizkid. Do I is Phyno’s second musical of 2023 after his previous release Ojemba with YBNL’s Olamide.
