A Portable Dawless Setup for Live Performance//How I Use the SP404 MKII and Circuit Tracks

I got a lot of questions about my setup on my most recent live set and I wanted to break down the gear and the 3 ways I use them.

The Setup:
I wanted as minimal a setup as possible so that I could take the gear on the road and perform anywhere with it, bringing only a backpack. This is no easy feat when the tracks in question had over 30-60 stems per song. Enter the SP404 MK II. This sampler can hold both long form samples and short one shots, perfect for creating longer backing track type samples, while also triggering quick one shots.

The Circuit is used to add additional drums, synths and some performative synth and drum parts.

The Circuits audio is sent into the SP to add effects on Bus 2. Then Bus 3 and 4 do some mastering with Cassette Sim and a Compressor.
