I found that the sound quality is better over Bluetooth than over the Aux cable. Very nice little speaker; bought it for a travel setup to use with my laptop which does not have great speakers.

My son bought one of these…thing never left the house or damaged it…it has ceased to function after less than a year…cheap chinese crap…dont buy!!

I'm a newbie. I followed your video to unpack, install and connect the speaker. How do I play music from my Amazon Prime (Alexa) to the speaker? Also, I have a samsung ultra 21 and the cable doesn't fit. Any assistance will be appreciated. Tx.
Actually (duh) I just started playing music on my phone and it came through the speaker. The speaker is great! I found another charging cable that fits. So thanks so much for all your help. I'm technology challenged (even though I'm a technical writer by trade).
It's me again!! Now I can't charge my speaker or I'm doing it wrong. It said low battery so I tried to connect the cable that came with the speaker to a plug in wall mount charger and it just turns off after a minute. Is the blue light supposed to stay on while the speaker is charging? I would have thought so. Anyway, I tried connecting the other cable to my laptop and it still turned off. Do you know what could be going on? I love the speaker btw, but need to get it right. Thanks for all your help!!

First it is not headphone it is called earphone.
Second point it is aux input.
Not earphone output.
Third point why people will take in ear via triangle why not directly from phone.
This speaker is a POS. I do not recommend this speaker.
