You know this our beloved country is interesting. I remember that during Obasanjo regime their was an uproar then about how compulsory it is for you to possess your NYSC Certificate for you to contest in an election and that was why afterwards there was influx of Nigerians in diaspora who were coming to serve their father land in the NYSC scheme.
