Let me break this down for ya. Hes saying do multiple takes of the same line( use different ppl if available) or twik your voice to sound different each take. Second..equalized the sounds, pan some to the right and some to the left for a wider stereo mix. Now you add lots of reverb to bring the voices to the background, plus compression to glue the vocals, n lil delay to spice it up.
