He was saying he traveled to San Francisco to relax and ball but people were waiting for him in Nigeria including his friend Peru( full name Peruzzi). Peruzzi is another Nigerian artist who normally says… “I’m loooosing my mind” in his songs. Para means to demonstrate that you are not happy about something or in this context that you are losing your mind. So this song says “even Peru come dey para” meaning… Even Peru was demonstrating angrily… Fireboy mimicks Peru’s popular demonstration as… I’m loooooo. That is only for the chorus though. The first verse was about what he was doing in San Franciso, Miami, and Johannesburg. He makes it clear that he was not just relaxing or playing, he was making music people would dance to and his third album is loading. So in summary he is basically explaining himself to his friends most especially Peru(peruzzi) who was already angry. The song was just a freestyle to explain himself on his long absence or holiday and to simply hint on a new album from him coming soon, he didn’t intend releasing this one at first but it got leaked and here we are.
