  1. Hi Kevin, love this tutorial. I've learn so much from your videos already. One thing I can't find is how to set the default for folders is to always present the newest file at the top without having to modify the sort. Is this possible?

  2. Hi Kevin, Do you have details on how voicemails can be deleted from Callqueues? We connected the call queues to a Teams channel and the voicemail shows up there for the team.

    It is unread at first but the team will not know if someone already called back or started an action.
