Intentionality is the word 🫡 even as businesses owners we can learn from Nigerians.

See man if u want to throw shit at someone u should go direct and stop the pretend . You promised not to talk about Shatta but the fact that u have not mention his name doesn’t mean u are not talking about him
Watch ur mouth man
“ AM TOO. JOLLOF FOR YOUR RICE “ 😂🤣
True words bro true …..talents dey the underground but where the money dey hmmm
How can Ghana go whiles we are not getting support needed
Investors only put their money in artistes they believe are good enough so that they can reap great benefits from their investments. No one wants to invest in mediocrity, just put out hit songs consistently and investors will kill to have your signature. Nigeria has avalanche of talented artistes who have been consistent in putting out hit songs and investors recognize that. No investor is interested in artistes with few hit songs under their belt and who are also incapable of making hit songs in the future. Creativity is very important and Ghanaian artistes and music producers must focus on the creative side of music production. How many hit songs come out of Ghana every year?????? Let us be honest with ourselves. Nigerian artistes are very creative. It’s that simple.
Ghanaian don't know how much our music record label spend in branding and promotion in our music industry… Ghana only have mouth they don't have money 😂😂😂
That's why lynx label they move faster because they have something pushing them with money that man is the owner of QUIK CREDIT
You see the way AYRA STARR Song RUSH is A GLOBAL HIT the stats are mind blowing
Ghana should just focus on Tourism …..
Be truthful to yourself.
Ghanaians don't do good and quality music..
You need to produce a good music before you can promote it .
Forget what that guy dey talk
Omah lay isn't in any better record label but he's bigger than Every Ghana acts so i don't know what you are saying.
off course, music industry needs structure but my grand dad told me that if you dey use juju for restaurant if your food no sweet, the juju no go work
These days in Nigeria, the muscian goal is not just to release a good song but to make their targeted numbers….. They've gone past just "your song sweet to how much numbers is the song making"…
Comot money and sponsorship..make we compare talent vs talent, Nigeria still better than Ghana musically
Naa..sheldon, your Jersey dey bee oo
Sheldon, it’s called marketing, not engineering.
if you want to talk to this way wura aa go straight to the point Kwadwo 😂😂
Well said. Being saying this for ages nah Ghana everything be chance chance support support 😅
Loving this happy you did a research, money maketh money
Ghanaians think everything is grace. I weak give them
Why Sheldon want throw shades at shatta like dat 😂😂😂😂😂
On these platforms 1000 streams cost 4/5 dollars, therefore streams alone cannot make a musician money unless you are Burnaboy, Rema, or Wizkid. Tours are the major source of income for a musician, so Shatta Wale is just faking it because he would have to have a lot of streams from different countries to make a lot of money, especially in countries with large streaming numbers like Nigeria, I am so amazed that Ghanaians do not know that they have to make music that other people enjoy and think that success in music is based on the population of your country but they do not use that same excuse for Beyonce or Kendrick Lamar . Rema collaborated with Selena and was exposed to Latin America and even the Arabs, Ghanaian music is going nowhere till quality music that can be enjoyed by people outside their country is made
Falz said even real talent still need Promo
Your lighting is so so good. I’d like to see your video setup
1. Division of labor is key. 2. Taking risks at all times. 3. Believing oneself and determination. 4. Not forgetting your roots. 5. Geniune supporters who will spend their precious time with you to achieve your main goal. 6. Finding the skill and uniqueness in everything. Thats the strength of a NIGERIAN.
Kwadwo Sheldon is as authentically Ghanaian international as Osibisa!!
Ghanaians with excuses, first it was we also have the talent like Nigerians, then came the DJs not playing our music issues, then came the originator of afro music debate. Now this. Keep talking, de play 😁.
You are discrediting Stability. That song is good in itself.
I get the facts and the points made, but how come Amapiano didn't need all that to be so successful even in Nigeria and globally?
This doesn’t mean the songs themselves can’t stand out as superb
The Truth of the thing be say the input will tell the output, the amount of money they invest in promo alone is more than the money they use to produce FACTS ON CAPPING
You can still blow without big money, for instance Machala song, Adulthood na Scam etc
Good music period
Why are u talking more of the Nigerians artist support ur own. Now adays u are fooling too much😏
Music Scene is not easy o. May God locate us to the right people 🙏
Davido's new video with TG Omori cost N100m which is about $217,000. What Ghanaians need to understand is that the Nigerian music industry is a self sustaining business and that is why you hear of these huge investment. These funds are derived from the business itself and it is just basic reinvestment.
The problem with Ghanaian industry is that it is not viable. Their music is not quality enough to go global and repay investment. Even South Africa music as good as it is hasn't even gone global.
The south Africa industry thrives on the local and regional market. If Ghanaians don't drastically improve the quality of their music, their industry can't become viable.
Baba dey provoke, dey sweat profusely…
Cheddar sef wey dey shock everyday he finds himself in a space with our musicians but not a single investment always doing things for the camera for people to hail him "freedom" sigh🤦
But you gotta understand if the song is trash no one will listen to it. The song is good that’s why it’s charting
I aways agree with you but this di33 Sheldon you are wrong you are blind. Black sherif didn’t spend no money to blow and for his songs to go all the way out. If the song is trash no one will listen to it, if it’s good ppl will listen to it, Mavins is a whole music label in Ghana what kind of label do we have? Over here in the US a random person can drop a song on tiktok if it’s good they will dance to it or do some to the song so that if it goes viral on tiktok and everyone asking where the song is from then they go ahead and drop the song, all that shi you talking about makes no sense. That ayra Starr sability song os not even hers it’s a song dropped by someone in 1980 something she stole the shi and polished it
What I think Ghanaian musicians should do is try and join some of this Nigerian record label instead. If you can't beat them, then join them instead
Sheldon, the talent comes first before any other thing. If you sing nonsense in Naija, promotion no go still make you blow
When you check about Khaid that’s the same thing Sydney Talker is doing for him
Check him out
Well done brother from another mother
Some facts reality check. Spot on!. The Nigerians understand business of entertainment. They have lots of investors. Its a capital intensive industry.
