It was an unfair comparison as the Sonos is directional and the Tribit multi. I'd be interested in a comparison to what, I believe, is a fairer contender – the Tribit Maxsound, which often retails for even less than the Tribit featured.

Great video and presentation. I got the tribit stormbox and happy with it. It is true that it may sound better due to the 360 sound 🙂
What about a more even price point comparison? The Tribit XSound Mega vs the Roam.
I’ve had both of these. I’ll just say this. I returned three roams. And kept my tribit. Turn the Sonos up to over 75% and I’d rather sing. The tribit sounds good at all volumes.

So the orchestra complained about lack of bass on the Sonos, so you played the Tribit with bass boost turned off?!
i always found sonos to be good but too compressed in detail and to be fair tribit are probably the best budget blutooth speaker money can buy!!!
